Meet The Team

Bruce Martin has a vast construction background with over 30 years of project management experience in construction, working with leading builders like Aspen View Homes & Neumann Homes and managing his own company. His work has spanned from community startups to large multifamily projects, including flips and rescuing distressed projects. Additionally, his time spent building homes in Chicago has deepened his passion for affordable housing.

Since entering the construction and engineering field in 2012, Luke, a University of Kansas and Virginia Tech alum, has contributed to significant projects like U.S. Bank Stadium and Hudson Yards, and holds P.E. and S.E. licenses in multiple states. In 2020, he founded Cronin Engineering and Inspection to address the underserved residential and small commercial sectors, emphasizing quality, customer service, honesty, and affordability. An Anchorage native passionate about the outdoors, Luke enjoys archery hunting, fishing in Alaska, hiking with his fiance and their dogs, and was a collegiate baseball player before pursuing engineering.

Bo Birkeland, a marketing professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Colorado Boulder, has a passion for real estate and helping tackle the housing affordability crisis in the US. Bo is dedicated to using his skills to contribute positively to society, aiming to make a significant impact on improving living conditions and addressing the challenges within the housing sector. Outside of work, he indulges in his love for skiing, hiking, camping, and traveling.
